Refund policy

To initiate a return, please contact us at glowingseoulskincare@gmail.com with your order number and details. 

We accept returned items in their original condition within 14 days of receiving them. Please ensure that all tags and packaging are intact. Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. 

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once the item(s) are received and inspected a refund or credit will be issued within 3-7 business days. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please note that all SALE/bundle items are FINAL. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
