Shipping policy
Orders & Shipping: All orders are processed immediately after receiving your order confirmation email. Unfortunately, that means there cannot be changes made to your order once placed. Please make sure that all your details are correct before checkout! After receiving your confirmation email you will receive another notification when your order has shipped which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at glowingseoulskincare@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
For calculated shipping rates: We ship across all 50 states and US Territories with our standard shipping option. Depending on the final shipping destination, the shipping carrier may vary between USPS, and UPS. We are unable to designate a specific shipping carrier for shipments.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Free standard shipping is available to all US domestic orders with a subtotal greater than $50+ USD after any promotions or discounts are applied. To apply free shipping, please select the free standard shipping option at checkout for your eligible order.
Returns: We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus shipping costs and restocking fee for the return. For more detailed information please see our RETURN POLICY.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at glowingseoulskincare@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
